If you are feeling a little down after the holiday madness you may want to give dirt bike riding a try. It is a huge stress relief. Even a 20 minute ride can calm nerves and make you feel normal again. During a motocross race or ride your heart rate will reach into the 150-160 range. This is normal and good for you. Just make sure you do some cardio to warm up before you do a moto. Next time you are feeling a bit down, fire up your mx bike and take it for a ride!
